The cycle of industrial refrigerators consists of five basic and important parts:
• liquid refrigerant
• Compressor
• Condenser
• Thermostat
• Evaporator
Liquid Refrigerant: Refrigerant is a substance or liquid that is in the gas or liquid phase and is used to reduce the temperature of a specific area in the cooling process. This substance is usually used in home refrigerators, car coolers, and industrial refrigerators. Its task is to take heat from a space or substance and transfer it to the outside environment (refrigeration) and it is found abundantly in refrigeration industries
Compressor: It is a mechanical device that is widely used in most small and large industries today, and its function is to create a suction force to suck refrigerant gas from the evaporator and condense the gas and then transfer it to the condenser, and in this case, the gas to becomes liquid.
Condenser: It is placed in the outer part of the refrigerator body and its task is to cool this liquid substance. This gas is of four types, they are:
1) chlorofluorocarbon (cfc), 2) hydrochlorofluorocarbon (hcfc), 3) hydrofluorocarbon (hfc), 4) natural refrigerants and often in industrial refrigerators, it turns vapor into liquid and after being compressed and condensed, it is cooled in the condenser. And it turns into a liquid by the action of condensation.
Condensers in home models are installed as pipes behind the refrigerator, but in industrial models, they are similar to radiators.
Thermostat: The way this part works is as follows: when the temperature of the refrigerator rises and heats up, the electricity is connected to the compressor and it starts working, then it cools down inside the refrigerator, and when the temperature inside the refrigerator drops, it turns off. The electric current is cut off from the compressor.
Evaporator: Two different forms of evaporator are used in the industry, in the first case, it is used as a fluid equipment inside the pipes, the first purpose is to convert the hot liquid into gas and so-called evaporation takes place, then by absorbing heat, it causes The reduction in temperature as a result of the cooling process actually does the cooling of the refrigerant. In other words, in the evaporator, the expanded liquid refrigerant changes its phase from liquid to gas and takes the heat from inside the refrigerator, then it is transferred to the condenser and then cooled.
